...ok, not really--but I am broke as hell. I run an independent recording studio out of San Luis Obispo California, (Read: A Playstation 2, a computer, and a keyboard from Radio Shack all hooked together with extension cords) and I do live and studio mixing/arranging under the name Dj Ch405. (Pronounced "Dj Chaos") I've been making music of various kinds since I was a kid, but have only recently gotten into arranging--and the equipment and programs I have to work with are decidedly limited--although you might not know it from listening to the tracks I'm making... ...I guess I'm just good at slumming it. I really don't know what genre you'd classify my work as--it's like the bastard child of techno, oldschool rap (back when it was still good) and heavy metal--not necessarily in that order. In short: Good music to blow something up to.

Story behind the song
This was the first arranged track I ever wrote--but I've never recorded the vocals. A freind of mine was in a band, and they used to practice in the upper room of this church after everyone had left. I'd go with them sometimes, and we'd jam and do covers of metal and punk songs--just generally screw around. Then one day, I had brought a copy of the instrumental version of W47cH 17 13u12N, and we just got out the 4-track and did a quick recording for the hell of it. It didn't come out too well, since we weren't being serious about it--but there's just something awesomely wrong about recording a song like that in a fuckin' church.
