Summer Rain, Sunday Rain
Falling down makes a gentle sound.
On the street people meet
Greet the rain, glad it came.
I see your face from down the way
We duck inside to escape the rain
Your satin lace got all soaked up
I wish the rain would never stop
Your eyes meet mine your smile's sunshine
It dries the rain from my eyes.
Sun is out, grass is green
Stop on the street for some cold ice cream.
On our way we see a funny man
Juggling plates, spinning all around.
And in the park we walk real close
I hold your hand my spirit glows
I wish the day would never end
Can't wait till we'll spend some time again.
I hear your laugh I feel your touch
It's time to leave I'm all choked up.
Summer Rain, Sunday Rain
Falling down makes a gentle sound.
On the street people meet
Greet the rain, glad it came.
I see your face from down the way
We duck inside to escape the rain
Your satin lace got all soaked up
I wish the rain would never stop
Your eyes meet mine your smile's sunshine
It dries the rain from my eyes.
Summer Rain, Falling Down.
Summer Rain, Falling Down.
