Story behind the song

I just wanted to have fun with this song and give glory to God. Classic Rock/  This song is taken from that Top 40 song "Gloria" which was popular in the sixties.  Back in sixties this was the first song I learned on guitar because it was just an easy 3 chord progression and every band played it. I could not help myself, just wanted to change it and have some fun with it. I guess I am just showing my age on this one.
