I have been mixing sounds for about a year and a half now. Though, I am still not very good, I admit... However, I am here to share something that I love and perhaps maybe take your ears and your mind on a journey to someplace they've never been. I am also on MySpace Music. Feel free to add me! http://www.myspace.com/transcendentalmusic

Story behind the song
My main motivation for writing this song was my love for storm chasing and general reverence for storms. So I thought to myself, if I were to do an homage of a thunderstorm, what would it sound like? And thus, another epic was born. "Lullabye vom Sturm" is starts off with a foreboding string section... to entice a suspenseful atmosphere (no pun intended). Then, as the titles states, it's all about Progression. The song progresses and evolves in intensity, such as an approaching storm would do. The piano denotes rain, the percussion denotes thunder and lightning, as well as the wind. The rimshots in the percussion denote hail. Use your imagination to follow the progression of the storm. Enjoy!
