One man recording the cobwebs of his mind; Shall we listen in?
One man singer-songwriter musician. Included here are songs written as far back as the late seventies, up to and including the present day. Four of the songs were recorded in the late 90's and make up an EP called Skies. Other albums include A Man Alone from 2002, and The World At Large from 2005. Since then, songs have been released singly as they've been completed. A new album is now available - Tales Of Love And Defiance (talesofloveanddefiance.com)

Story behind the song
Inspired by a first time visit to the Royal Albert Hall in London, in November of 2002. A very famous building that has seen an incredible number of famous performers (and just famous people) over the past century. Anyone who's been there will probably recognize some of the things mentioned in the lyric. The Hall is located in West Kensington, very near the district of Chelsea. I don't think anyone has called to complain about the noise yet. It sure would be nice to play this song there one day! Buy the CD!
Lyrics
Well the crowds are milling round outside it's pretty hot The Albert Hall has all the sound unless I'm mistaken, which I'm not Well the doors are finally open and the folks are streaming thru Settle down to rock again and raise the roof, which we do Yeah it's cranking at the Hall Can you hear us in West Kens? Yeah, we're waiting for a call From all our Chelsea friends Well the mushrooms up above started swaying to and fro Not a chance for quiet love Turn it up, watch 'em go Well the doors are blasting out and we're dancing in the street Stop the cars by the roundabout And rock the college, for a treat Yeah it's cranking at the Hall Can you hear us in West Kens? Yeah, we're waiting for a call From all our Chelsea friends Well the vibe is going everywhere Rolling out through the park Past "Big Al" who's standing there Chilling out, in the dark Well the crowds are milling round outside it's pretty hot The Albert Hall has all the sound unless I'm mistaken, which I'm not Yeah it's cranking at the Hall Can you hear us in West Kens? Yeah, we're waiting for a call From all our Chelsea friends All our Chelsea friends
