Heavy-handed acoustic guitar rock, with shades of John Hiatt-esque vocals (I've been told).
Hullo Folks, Just beginning to cobble this page together, so bear with me. Being a lyric-lover, I attempt to put as much thought into that portion of tunage as musical arrangements. Judge for yourself if that is successful or not. ;o) I think you'll find most of my songs to be of an "Americana" type in general flow. I do like songs with forward momentum, but an occasional ballad will sneak in from time to time. Working on album #2 (Strange Spaces) in slow stages, but we'll get there! Mo' later...

Lyrics
Nightfall In this part of town where no one lives, and fewer are befriended; I've dragged my cold and bitter life, and I know now that it's ended. The old machines yearn for the dreams, of eternal rust; In the punched-out windows vacant stare, I bleed in the grease and dust... ...and the night falls; and the rain comes down. I think I had a childhood, not sure I can recall; I think my dad knocked it out of me, when he put me through that wall; I hit the street with anxious feet, and a thirst for steel control; I learned that blood for money, fed a vengeance in my soul, ...when the night fell; and the rain came down. Through years of clouded evenings, I plied my chosen trade; But sharing deadly secrets makes even hardened men afraid. The wheel it spins back on my sins, I didn't see the turning tide; Dark promise made, I am betrayed, Two bullets in my side. ...and the night falls; and the rain comes down. Oh, I guess I'm movin' on, With a wasted heart and a crippled song... ...as the night falls; and the rain comes down. No more days of haunted footsteps, slipping down the hall; No more nights in the dead embrace of angel alcohol; At Perdition's gates, I stand and wait, And I see them swinging wide; The Devil will laugh and welcome me, When I tell him that I died, ...when the night fell; and the rain came down.
