Story behind the song
Every week on our radio show, we have a freestyle segment. This segment is dedicated to guest MCs that wanna bust, but since we can't always have guests, we get on the mics ourselves. When we used to have the crap timeslot from 3am to 6am, we would get on the mic at 4:20am, hence the name 420 freestyle. That's the reason, and there's no other reason.
