Peter Hutton (Myself) and William Pilling tried as a band at first but just progressed into a duo. Both of us sing and both of us play guitar. I've been writing music since I was fifteen and rather than looking for a perfect sound or a perfect look within music, I take myself to a different place, a different dimension if you will where i'm effected only by spirits and energies that run through me. Will is a fantastic vocalist and musician who has fast become a valued friend of mine and have also steered him from seeing music in a genre-ised fashion and in doing so he thanks me for helping him see music as a language and a life force rather than something you listen to because its expected of you.

Story behind the song
When I was fifteen it was quite a hard time for me (Pete). Not really knowing what i was going to do with my life but also not really caring what i was going to do with my life. This song came through me one night when i realised so many people care about me and my future but in my own reflection all i saw was confusion and un-certainty that I was even going to be alive long enough to have a future. Will is the vocalist in this song.
Lyrics
these solomn smiles shine down on my face, these gloomy tears are burnt on a spade, the happiness from an evil grin, burns a hole in my stomach where pride should have been. These feelings of sadness are comforting, the blood from my wrist is a chore, the puncture in my hearts a normality, but i couldn't wish for much more. Silence is golden but too big to sell, verbal pollution has changed, Its too difficult to distinguish a spell that the past and the present enraged. These feelings of sadness are comforting, the blood from my wrist is a chore, the puncture in my hearts a normality, but i couldn't wish for much more.
