Story behind the song

This was originally going to be an entry in Hornet's Music Contest 7...except there never was a bloody Music Contest 7.

I abandoned this after my parent's death at the end of 2000. I picked it up again with the intention to submit it to MP3.com—then CNET bought MP3.com and killed that independent artist community.

Lyrics

See "I'm Back" for the lyrics. At this point the sine-wave synth (later traded for lead distortion guitar) and overdriven bass are trading off on the lyrics...not quite there yet.

This was before I decided to use the synth choir (MIDI ooh choir)
