A.C.Layne of T.E.1 Productions is slowly but surely gaining a strong reputation for the sounds he is making for the world to enjoy. With music being a life long passion of his, being involved in the making of it was something simply pre-destined. From his Secondary school years at the age of around 15 making music has been his drive and passion from the early influences of Rare Groove, Soul, Hip Hop, Revival Reggae, Jazz and Funk, which he has listened to since childhood. He began furthering his craft in music at the Avenues Community Centre. It was there he learned to develop his production, engineering and something he sees as most vital -listening skills. Appreciating different producers work and in turn gaining motivation from their approaches to composition helped him see where he could make a unique contribution with his way of making music. Not many rules just that feeling. Steadily compiling a discography to be proud of A.C.Layne has worked with some of the U.K.’s up and coming talented artists including the likes of Trigg Vega, A*, M.E. [Marcus Explains], Kyza and Def 1 . In an attempt to broaden his repertoire. His production strengths over time have developed in the genres of Hip-Hop, R&B, and Soulful House. And he’s still growing!!!!!
