Re-visit the "Jesus Music" of the early 1970s with Shirley Prentiss.Shirley began her professional singing career in 1971 with a group called the Joyful Noise. She recorded two albums, "The Sounds of the Joyful Noise" and "The Greatest Day". Shirley now lives with her family in North Florida. She is married to a preacher, has two teenagers and is active in her local church

Chorus Somehow the Lord is always there. Somehow He always cares. When we fall along the road, He helps us with our load. When we go to Him in prayer. Sometimes our faith grows weak. Nothing we think is right. When we look up to the sky, And we wonder why. Then we see Jesus and His shining light. In Jesus our faith is strong. Our lives we let him guide. Through prayer he gives us faith to know His Word is true. And with Jesus we'll always abide.
