...ok, not really--but I am broke as hell. I run an independent recording studio out of San Luis Obispo California, (Read: A Playstation 2, a computer, and a keyboard from Radio Shack all hooked together with extension cords) and I do live and studio mixing/arranging under the name Dj Ch405. (Pronounced "Dj Chaos") I've been making music of various kinds since I was a kid, but have only recently gotten into arranging--and the equipment and programs I have to work with are decidedly limited--although you might not know it from listening to the tracks I'm making... ...I guess I'm just good at slumming it. I really don't know what genre you'd classify my work as--it's like the bastard child of techno, oldschool rap (back when it was still good) and heavy metal--not necessarily in that order. In short: Good music to blow something up to.

Story behind the song
On Mardi Gras in 2005, 400 heavily armed riot police stormed the streets of San Luis Obispo--nearly twice the number of cops in New Orleans French Quarter that night. They had mace, shotguns, ATV's, and a fucking tear gas cannon. They ran ads in the local newspapers telling people to stay in their homes, that "out of town visitors are not welcome" and "Gathering on streets and sidewalks will not be allowed". These fucking nazis strangled our rights and raped the corpse. And they're coming back to do it again next year. And the year after that... And the year after that...
