Decision Dream is the improvising trio of Magnus Alexanderson on guitars and electronics, Anthony Bianco on drums and cymbals and Jair-Rohm Parker Wells on basses and electronics. The current critically acclaimed release, "Steamroom Variations" is available from Red Toucan Records. Decision Dream has its roots deeply planted in the Ayler school while embracing modern electronics and sonics. The critics agree that this is a band that matters. Drummer Anthony Bianco is well known for his recordings with Paul Dunmall and Dave Liebman as well as his own sessions as leader for the acclaimed Eminem label. Guitarist Magnus Alexanderson is a respected composer and one of the leading voices in electro-acoustic music in his native Sweden. Bassist Jair-Rohm Parker Wells was one of the founding members of the legendary New York improvising ensemble Machine Gun with the late Thomas Chapin and is well known for his innovative combination of improvisational techniques and electronics.
