BNAV’s original sound is a mix of all classic American music..country, rock, punk, rockabillyserved with the feel of a Memphis barbeque. Betty’s Not a Vitamin was originally formed in 1994 in Clearwater, Florida. Throughout the mid to late 1990’s the band played all over Florida and garnered both major label interest and a huge fan base. The band disbanded in 1997, but reformed in 2005 to take a second stab at getting its original music heard. Founding members Chris Tocco and Todd Staudinger are joined by former BNAV drummer Rick Boucher; and bassist/ songwriter Steve “Barking Barney” Barnes. They recently released a 2 song CD single “Daily Dosage”, and have other songs in the can getting ready for a CD release in the Spring of 2006
