Hey there my name is Scott Bergman, I just recently graduated from the Centre for Arts and Technology of Kelowna and recieved a certificate in recording arts and a Dipolma in recdording arts masters program. Story behind the song
Studio Session Volume 3 - The Hell and Backs The frist recording of the moutain song was mixed by steven drake(who worked with Tragically Hip,54-40,Michelle Wright,Marcy Playground) .I then took the song and re-mixed the song with the band and we all had ideas of how it had to be mixed, i sat down with members of the hell and backs and talked to them about how they wanted it to sound. i then took a few days in protools and mixed it. this is the finished product. my fav part of the song? the symbal swell and shotgun blast! and the dropping of the shells at the end of the song. I wanna give a big thanks to the hell and backs for the oppurnuity to contribute my work to there album. ..PG STYLE! WOO
