The last 4 years have seen a massive rise in solo singer/songwriters breaking into the charts. However, Simon Andrews isn't your standard singer/songwriter. Simon spent alot of time becomming a great guitarist before he ever wrote a word, making his music not only beautiful, and heart felt, but also interesting and full. Story behind the song
Found myself in my room with all my freinds in the lounge and I felt so alone, so here's the result
Lyrics
Somewhere they tell me the grass is much greener and somehow I want to believe. Somewhere they tell me the air is much cleaner and somehow I want to believe. Because all that I know is what I've been told, and I ain't been told that much. So I guess that I'll find out in my own time well I guess that I'll find out in my own time Somewhere they tell me the world is much safer and somehow I want to believe. Somewhere they tell me the drink is much cheaper and somehow I want to believe. Because all that I know is all that I've seen and I havn't seen that much. Somewhere they tell me the world is so perfect and somehow I want to believe. Somewhere they tell me that God sends a smile and somehow I want to believe. 'Cos all that I know is that I'm not sure of anything, anyone, anywhere, anytime...
