Besides the KAE Challenge, we have a friend who has suffered a great amount of loss in 2005. This song was wrote for both.

I've made it thru another day, with only passing thoughts of you.
I think I'm getting use to the pain, tho only a time or two.
I passed the glass that holds your picture, smiling back at me from the past.
Two years along and I still remember, the morning of our last laugh.....


It was a morning bright and clear, like the ones that make me blue.
We kissed each other, went our separate ways, like a 1000 times before.........



The television shows happy families, that use to be my life.
My friends tell me that I need to get out, move along and don't think twice.
But I'll remember till my dying day , how much you meant to me.
And with Gods help and strength to get me thru, I'll see you in eternity....
