Story behind the song
Read the lyrics - if you fail to see the difference between treasure (something hidden/buried)and reward (something you get for finding something) Then you know its the kind of love I've long been looking for... ie you're the right one for me. "an eight on the side for you" the infinity symbol- I've always used it in love letters, cards etc to my wife...so its a line to show the songs for her really.
Lyrics
Kind of Love Verse 1 If you know what you want from me, You’ll just have to put your trust in me And be informed, reliably, that I could, be good, for you Verse 2 If you take my word, take it from me, we could be good together, dontcha see? That the future’s here and it’s you and me, getting through this stormy weather Pre –Chorus 1 If you see no clear blue water, between Beloved and adored Chorus Then you know that’s the kind of love Know that’s the kind of love Yeah that’s the kind of love I’ve long been looking for ….. Verse 3 We could take our turn to see, this side of eternity Oh I’ll love you to infinity, there’s an eight on the side for you Pre chorus 2 If you fail to see the difference, between Treasure and Reward Chorus as above Verse 4 Ooh –ooh Ooh Ooh Ooh Ah aha ah ah ………………………… Verse 5 as Verse2 If you take my word, take it from me, we could be good together, dontcha see? That the future’s here and it’s you and me, getting through this stormy weather Pre-chorus 1 and Chorus as above
