"Joe Huettner makes the world a better place" - Jess Blasko, Ithaca, New York Originally from a small farm in South Central Pennsylvania, JOE HUETTNER's pursuits in music led him to the prestigious Berklee College of Music, where he plans to major in Songwriting. “I don't think people want to hear about sadness all the time, and that seems to be a majority of the songs on the radio now,” says Huettner. “I want to get some happiness out there, but without sacrificing musical quality. However, if a sad song is written, I won't hesitate to let people hear it. Unless it sucks." As well as Songwriting, Joe's interests include playing the electric bass, reading up on Roman history, and being a diehard fan of the Boston Red Sox.

Story behind the song
"'A Little Time' was the first song I wrote at college, and it marked a change in my writing as well as my musical tastes. Before, I was trying too hard to write the type of songs that I thought people wanted me to write. Eventually, I decided to relax and write what I wanted to write, and this came out." - J.G.H.
Lyrics
I've been suffering from a complicated problem Caused by living all alone in this world But I think I've found a way that I can overcome it with ease It's an aggravating illness with a typical perscription That can only be supplied by a girl And if you are willing, I was hoping you could fill it for me Chorus: And all it takes is a little time If you'd be so inclined I'm just saying that I've had enough of being alone And I need a change So come on, baby, there's no reason to say maybe There is no time like the present time for you to be my lady 'Cause I'm tired of being alone And I need a change You think the answer is to bottle up your feelings That's the way that you take care of yourself Well I think that it's about time that I opened you up I think holding back is a medical condition So it seems I've got a clean bill of health But the truth is that you're my addiction - I just can't get enough (Repeat Chorus) ---- Joe Huettner: Bass, Vocals Stephen Clemmer: Acoustic Guitar John Bamber: Drums, Hammond Organ
