I do what I do. I'm not confined to a genre. If it's country, great. Blues, awesome! Come-what-may it's all music and as long as it's good no one really cares.
"We" are actually only "me" right now. But I am an aspiring songwriter and would love to form/join a band. I mostly want to have fun making music. This really only serves as a place where I can showcase my music for others to hear. Enjoy.

Story behind the song
It's about a girl waiting for her train to come and she just feels like her life is falling out from underneath her. I don't know what's happened specifically, but it's bad. She is depressed and alone but she doesn't give up. She waits it through and her train comes in. It's got a cool Gm funk to it. I rather enjoy just playing this song. I can't think of anything off the top of my head this would compare to, but it fun anyhow.
Lyrics
Verse One: Amy stands alone on the platform Amy's grown too tired to fight The wind; it whispers through her hair It sing the sweetest lullaby Verse Two: Amy waits there almost crying Precious diamonds from her eyes Amy's blind to see the rainbow It's just beyond her sight Chorus One: Amy wants to feel what it's like to feel Amy is screaming out for something real Amy simply wants to learn to laugh again But for now Amy's waiting for her train... Verse Three: Amy hears a thousand whispers Running wildly through her head Amy covers her ears screaming "God I wish that I were dead!" Verse Four: "How are you?" as he walks by No time for a response Amy knows that he don't care And that's too much for her to want Bridge: The sun goes down The sun comes up It's always darkest before the dawn Chorus Two: Now Amy can feel what it's like to feel Amy finally found something real Amy has learned to love to laugh again Amy's train has come in
