Story behind the song
Well, our teacher Jennifer told us all that there would be a "jam session" on the last day of class. We asked what the hell a "jam session" meant. She said you could do any kind of art with words. So, being the sarcastic assholes we are, we wrote a song about our classmates and teacher. It was actually a big hit, so you should listen to it, you bastard.

Melique, here, she won’t say a swear
instead of saying “ass,” she says derriere
Samantha’s guy was named Jasper Jones
and he walked around with his hands in his pockets smoking cigarettes three different types thinking about he didn’t like labels but he labeled himself and he was writing that story about Sergio [breath] but then he never wrote it and it reminded us of The Falls when that guys dives in to save those girls or maybe not and moans..

Sarah’s so smart, she’s an English major
she’s gonna be like Jen, who was also an English major

Sarah Rodgers’ stories are so detailed
But she never comes to class so she’s gonna get failed

My 35 pages were just horrible

we’re almost as close as a kazuko
(jasmine) for those of you who don’t know what that means
“kazuko” is “family” in Japanese
and then we come to Lindsay
she’s got an Asian tendency...
she writes about chrysanthemums
and Costa Rican dreams…
