Story behind the song
We were jamming at a band practice one day when Jake gets a call on his phone. He answers it and it happens to be a telemarketer (cable guy) who is trying to sell him something. Jake kept saying no, but he wouldn't get the idea. So he tells us to start playing something and to start making noise. So I quickly come up with a chord progression, show it to Eric, and we start playing the song, while Jake was still on the phone with the fucker. So i just start singing "Cable guy, fuck you!" over and over, and finally the guy hangs up. Mission acomplished. But we thought it was a waste to throw away such a good song, so we kept it. I was going to change the lyrics, but Eric and Jake didn't want me to. O well, funny song
