Story behind the song
I've long had interest in astronomy. I lived in rural Africa for about 6 years and the night sky was unbelievable. The magnitude of God's creation was mind boggling. Antares is the brightest star in the Scorpius constellation (and the 15th brightest star in the night sky). It is classified as a red supergiant and on a good clear night you can see the red tint with the naked eye. (binoculars makes it even better) Antares is so large that it's CIRCUMFERENCE is bigger than Mars ORBIT. That means, if Antares was centered in the same spot as our sun, the first four planets (Mercury, Venus, Earth and Mars) would be engulfed by the star!!
