I'm basically a guitar player who does instrumental work, solo stuff with vocals and songwriting in various genres. My latest work is with Susan Lowery for a band called Foxxymoron.
Story behind the song
Lyrically this song is about Lisa Carman being somewhat of a drama queen but musically it's about seamlessly going from the key of D minor to E minor and back several times in a hooky rock style. Susan Lowery sings in a way that very few other female singers do anymore. I have become a fan of her voice all over again. It's like Streisand crossed with Joplin ...very unique and highly unlikely. The guitar is a blue/green American Strat with DiMarzio YJM's across the board and 1 Meg pots played through a line 6 and pre-sonus decoupled pre.
