punk political social roc
A solo punk band with songs ranging from politics to social issues to evolutionary biology.
Lacking any real musical talent, I decided to use Punk-o-Matic to create some generic punk backgrounds to the various songs I had written. Recorded at low quality through a computer microphone, the songs are not musical masterpieces but the lyrics are still strong. Give it a listen, you might enjoy it.

Lyrics
Late at night in a restless state My body spent, my mind frustrated I look back through a drawer of days Not so old yet forever far away The scribbling of me, the younger self With whom I’m bonded through sickness, health The images like my own greatest hits I know the words, tunes, frankly, all of it Play it back ten thousand times or more Always hoping for another path to explore My sinking stomach the tell tale sign That I haven’t yet cleared off all the brine Clinging to the soft underbelly of mine Even now when I’m feeling most fine Hey mister have you seen a gobstopper Variable and garish, I couldn’t stop her Not her, the witch of the salty lake Who never existed, whom I’ve never spake And never will soil, ideal for real But I feel she will one day appear Still in this state of restless youth That does bath thee, else illusion’s truth Wash away forever from such a mesh As clear as day you’re the best yet My sinking stomach made it through this night On tomorrow I depart for wooden paradise A span of time a vacation from vice Wrapped in a word, a poem, with Bryce
