After being cast aside from exeter based ska band dangerman, the artist in question disappeared into the ether for sometime. After months of moping and self pity there arose something new, something beautiful, something unique. After putting down his bright yellow fender and taking up a new weapon in the form of a black epiphone acoustic guitar, sam began to write. He wrote of things that had befallen him, being kicked out of his band, alienated from his friends and an overall struggle with reality. Eventually after refining his voice enough to sound ok with only the chord to acompany it sam played a song at a GCSE music evening, after recieving some mockery for the lyrics, them being too depressing and 'emo' Sam felt a little discouraged. However there was some praise for his new found voice. After lightening up and writing a few altogether happier songs such as 'streets of my mind' and 'its not hard to say i love you when your stoned' sam proved his peers wrong and set about making a name for himself. Now with a recording studio date in the summer , sam is truly coming into his own.He currently has two bands in the making, chocolate flotsam and missinfidel and is attempting to launch a long awaited solo career on the side.
