...ok, not really--but I am broke as hell. I run an independent recording studio out of San Luis Obispo California, (Read: A Playstation 2, a computer, and a keyboard from Radio Shack all hooked together with extension cords) and I do live and studio mixing/arranging under the name Dj Ch405. (Pronounced "Dj Chaos") I've been making music of various kinds since I was a kid, but have only recently gotten into arranging--and the equipment and programs I have to work with are decidedly limited--although you might not know it from listening to the tracks I'm making... ...I guess I'm just good at slumming it. I really don't know what genre you'd classify my work as--it's like the bastard child of techno, oldschool rap (back when it was still good) and heavy metal--not necessarily in that order. In short: Good music to blow something up to.

Story behind the song
I'm a big fan of the Megaman X games, and I've always wanted to do a MMX remix for OCRemix.org, so when I started arranging, the Hunter VS Hunter theme was a natural choice--it's one of the most hardcore MMX tracks there is. After I did W47cH 17 13u12N I really wanted to be able to get it out there in some form, and since OCRemix was the only place I knew of that hosted music, I mixed the guitar riff into my Hunter VS Hunter remix. Then I threw in some pieces from my favorite themes from X1, tightened up the volume levels and the panning effects, and there it was. Honestly, the origional still kicks far more a$$ than my remix--but when I get the chance I want to replace the synth guitars with actual electric guitar playing, and that will make all the differance.
