Welcome to STARRCOUNTRY!!!
Hi and thanks for stopping in! My name is Jared Starr and I'm a songwriter looking for people interested in my music. It's mostly country and ranges from traditional to today's country. God has blessed me with a beautiful wife and two wonderful children. I believe there are many things that make a song, beginning with the writer and the lyrics and ending with the singer and vocals. It's a package that either works or doesn't. Whenever there is a connection where a singer gets the perfect song and breathes life into that song, it cannot be stopped. Music has no limits. There are no rules in songwriting, just guidelines to help keep you on the right track. Once again, thanks for stopping by my site and I hope you enjoy some of the songs I have written.

Lyrics
Verse 1 I sit against this wall of stone, my feet upon the sand, I’m in total darkness, in the middle of the fatherland… I hear the crowds approaching; I hear all the cheer, The shouts are getting louder; they must be getting near… Verse 2 I cry out ‘What is happening?’, and someone says here comes the Lord, I shout to the Son of David, ‘Please let my sight be restored’… I feel His gentle hands, as He places them on me, A moment later I open my eyes, grace be to God, I can see… Verse 3 I get up and follow him, not knowing yet his fate, I yell my praises to the King, for now He knows my faith… We enter to Jerusalem, and I get lost in all the favor, Thinking that’s the first and last time, I’ll ever see my Savior… Verse 4 I hear people shouting later, they say the Lord is in chains, I come running with the crowd, and see Him in His pain… Now He’s carrying His cross and no doubt will be crucified, I follow him but can’t see again for the tears in my eyes…. Verse 5 They place Him on the cross and hoist Him high into the air, And I fall to my knees and plead with God above in prayer… As I watch Him die, I see what He was called to do, The Lord cries, ‘It is finished’, and I cry Lord, ‘Thank You’ Thank You, Thank You, Jesus.
