Story behind the song
I had this sort of dark Radiohead/Coldplay/Chris Isaack type riff in my head that wouldn't go away, so I decided to put it into a track. From the beginning the beginning of the song had a dark heart to it, so I write on a more somber topic. Basically, if we don't try to fight against the everyday hustle and bustle, we'd just dissolve into uniformity. The second half of the song symbolizes realization of the need for expression and individualism to be able to break away from standards.
