Hailing from the cold north comes Spit.
With their melodic, yet brutal metalcore, they enter the metalscene like a breath of fresh air. Following in the path of legendary scandinavian bands like In Flames and Refused, they continue to define and shape the "scandinavian sound of metal".
Spit started out in 2001, but due to several bumps in the road, they are just now discovering their sound. After several gigs they have been both reckognized and appreciated in their community as a furious and tight liveact. Last year they played both the local Zoom final, and By:Larm.

A new demo was recorded early '05, and marks the new era of Spit. The new sound is beginning to take shape.
