Lyrics
Rememberin' yesterday/I still can see and hear you say,/ "Baby, I'm gonna go away,/Not gonna come back, I know that for a fact,"/ so it's good bye, is that okay?"/ I mumbled a sad goodbye/God knows how much I've cried/ Guess it was right for you to go/Cos baby now I know/ I don't miss you so/Cos now I understand last thing I needs a man/ Thank you for releasing me/Thank you letting me be/ Thank you for breaking my heart/I'll find a cure/ Oh yeah I'm doin' just quite sure/Don't need you anymore/ I'm glad you said goodbye/Gotta test my wings and fly/ Glad I didn't say,/"Baby please stay"/ Cos now I know that/Without you, I won't die/ Cos now I know that I'll survive/ Thank you for releasing me/Thank you letting me be/ Thank you for breaking my heart/I'll find a cure/ Oh yeah I'm doin' just quite sure/Don't need you anymore/ (Don't need you anymore) Picked up the broken pieces of/My scattered life no longer/ Long for those kisses, don't feel pain or strife/ Though I spent many a night/Crying till the morning light/ For you to leave was best/Called you to tell you this/ I'm doin' just fine/Without you to complicate my life/ (Whoa) Thank you for releasing me/Thank you letting me be/ Thank you for breaking my heart/I'll find a cure/ Oh yeah I'm doin' just quite sure/Don't need you anymore/ Don't need you anymore Don't need you anymore Don't need you...anymore
