Tom Wehrle will blow your mind away with Pop/Rock infectious melodies
Tom, 24, is unique in the fact that he sings, plays most instruments, records, and produces all of his own music. With his hands on everything, Tom approaches each song with excellence in mind. From a simple melody, which transforms into a full song, to an acoustical interlude, the music is anything but ordinary. Tom's music is a fun/laid-back blend of the Goo Goo Dolls meet Travis meets Ben Folds. Through his music, and while performing, Tom has an ability to connect with the college crowd with his acoustic based piano/guitar concert. The passion for his writing is found in the honesty of the song lyrics. Each song paints a picture of both the humanness and genuineness of the things Tom holds true in life. He can and does relate to where the average college student is at in life.

Story behind the song
I have the internet and the great world of instant messaging to thank for this tune. After a conversation where neither myself nor the person I was talking to understood what we were saying to each other this song was born. The catch phrase is taken from the old saying “six and one half dozen the other” – if it wasn’t one thing, it’s always the other.
Lyrics
You say that you really don't swear But what you don't know is that I don't, I don't care So tell me how did we get to this place Where I can't see the look on your face I don't know why so please stand by Or let me lie but I can't deny That I'm confused over you It's getting late and I can't communicate like this Or comprehend what we're saying to one another Cause it's always six and one half the other Some might say I've gotten lost in your eyes But what they don't know is that I'm lost in your mind Tell me where did this all come from I'm missing it and feeling sort of dumb I don't know why so please stand by Or let me lie but I can't deny That I'm confused over you It's getting late and I can't communicate like this Or comprehend what we're saying to one another Cause it's always six and one half the other Do you have no clue Or is this out of the blue That I'd be writing you Yeah it's true that I'm writing you Would have thought by now We could have figurred this out Please tell me how and I'll try it out Before you pout, I doubt That I'm confused over you It's getting late and I can't communicate like this Or comprehend what we're saying to one another Cause it's always six and one Yeah it's always six and one half the other
