The music of Thomas TallChief could be described as a mix of a wide range of styles and influences, and has a sound that is very unique. The highlight of the music is Thomas's unmatched bass playing, but his musicianship shows throughout each and every aspect of his music. From high-speed guitar playing reminiscent of artists such as Yngwie Malmsteen and Steve Vai with bass playing matched in intensity, down to more laid-back stylings with smooth instrumental melodies, there's definite diversity in the music you'll find on this page. Thomas is currently involved in a new recording project and has several new tracks in the works. We hope you enjoy the music, and if you would like any further information or wish to contact or comment on the songs, please visit the "artist website" link to www.tallchief.com where you are welcomed to contact Thomas directly. Enjoy!

Story behind the song
I had never actually written a song with lyrics and this is what happened when I did, this is the first and only. The song is about over the road truck driving, this song came to me one night somewhere in mississipi, the lyrics came later, I guess they don't make much sense unless you've been there and done that, hell I don't know.
Lyrics
All alone on my own on this long and empty road I sleep per chance to dream again my angels spread their wings and show me how to fly my demons conquer me and show me how to die but in the end it fades away and comes again again... The ebe and flowing tide of time in my mind takes me far out to sea again in and out of time my mind is out of line again but in the end it fades away and comes again again...
