Hello you crazy little folk! we are Second ashes! were more a pop punk band than anything, but we like to erge in other genres such as ska, skaXcore, punk, cheesy emo and anything else we can to make our music sound that little bit better! i guess we started the band sometime last year in maybe april.. yes thats (2004) and we started off as a " 3 peice lyric-less play punk /jam band. we just wanted to pass some time away for the shitty weather in Rotherham. we played every week or so in our drummers shed. yes it was so lovely. alately the practice room has been knocked down and re-built but thats not gunna stop us cos since the day we aqquired our big ol' bass player Andrew Precious 'aka Presh.. we have been non stop trying our asses off to let people hear our stuff. if you like it then thats cool.. and if you dont then well.. feel free to send us hate mail. we like to snap strings and bust amps (thats what were best at) but we have recorded a few CD's and got t-shirts, mugs, jigsaws... (Yes!! (like were good enough for one) but if you go to our shows your guarenteed to be dancing by the end of the night. wehave gigged with a range of bands including : mybe, fastlane, fandangle, aftershock (USA), route 215, the fuckwitz, four foot fingers and so many more that we just couldnt be arssed to write! so come visit us.. it will be fun! and if your willing to book us a gig in england (anywere) we will try our hardest to come and play at a show neer you.. we are currently booking gigs all about the place such as : Rotherham, sheffield, doncaster, leeds, liverpool, manchester and newcastle. but if your not neer any of these places then contact us and drag our arses to your town! we will try our very hardest to make it!
