Leasing a beat for a demo enables you to use the beat on projects that are not commercially released, the prime example being a demo or a mixtape. The right to lease any one beat is $10. If your song is hot and has a major buzz and you are ready to go to that next level then me and you can talk about me giving you the exclusive rights to that beat which means I will have my manager hook up with you so that he can have my lawyer draw up the contracts for you and your label.
