This song is chilled. It's all about summer days, directionless walks, and love of life. This song is a new style for me. I would classify it as "Beatnick 'Lectro Jazz".

Hey everyone! Welcome to my SoundClick band page. I'm Evan Barnes, the guy behind Hybrid Sphere, and I'm one of only two monarchs of Spoiler Nation (more to come on that in the futurrrre). I'm still developing my style and learning music theory, so don't be surprised when my style varies from song to song. This music project of mine has been going on since I was about 13 (now I'm 20), so a lot of the music on here is from years ago! My style has changed since then. Regardless, I hope you can find something that pleases you (in whatever way you want) while you're here!

Story behind the song
When I made this song, I was feeling kinda lazy and really chilled out. I was in the mood for a walk where you just kind of wander around, maybe running into some people you know, maybe not. Whatever. You just exist and you're ambling through life. That kind of mood. So, I got out the laptop and went outside with it and my keyboard, and made this song. I was just kind of buming around with reason, when I made the Rhodes melody (the first one), and then thought, "Hey, this would sound sweet with some Congas." So I built those in. And went from there. Then took the walk. NOTE: I think the mood from this song is contagous, cause now I feel like this ALL THE TIME. It's good stuff.
Lyrics
How about this: instead of listening to some lyrics (which this song doesn't have) that I wrote, how about you write some kind of beatnick poem that is inspired by this song, and then wing it on over my way! If I like it, I'll try to make a vocal mix of this song, using your poem. Sound cool? My email is: hybrid.sphere@gmail.com
