I'm an emcee from Oak Park, just west of Chicago. I'm 19 goin on 20 and a junior at Illinois State University (Normal, IL). I produce all my instrumentals, I take my writing very seriously, and I beatbox (THA FIFTH ELEMENT!) Story behind the song
AFter listening to Big L's 'Ebonics' for a long time now, I decided I should make an Oak Park version that would describe our slang. Slang is different everywhere, so this is my translation.
