I prefer "shred-metal" guitarist's on my songs. I am a bassist/singer/songwriter that uses different drummers and guitarists on my songs. Story behind the song
This song was written, recorded, mixed, produced and mastered in 24 hours-that is the fastest work I've ever done. The song was inspired and written for my girlfriend and describes our Love relationship.I wrote this song to show how a faithful Love can give a MAN his strength and that a good woman will cry when she misses the man she loves. The part where I say "Now I'm walking through fire" describes the challenges of all the sex available on the road and the rest of the verse describes how "I hear her voice like a sweet song" Her soft sexy voice, and thinking of her Love gave me the strength to resist all the tempations to cheat on her. This song is about Love making you strong. If you listen carefully you'll hear Rob make the guitar say "Uh-Oh" during the "Now I'm walking through fire" verse--I recorded this in 3 takes. Mixing in the second vocals during the 3rd recording... musicanship in it's most honest form. It's AMAZING how a SEXY woman can inspire a Man!!!!
