Story behind the song
There is a sister song to Beckoning, but I want to take the time and find the correct version to expose to the public. I started out with a totally different riff, but then I wanted a sub riff, and the common riff was born for Beckoning. The guitar sound helps bring contrast to the almost wierd sounding organ. I presented the sister song of Beckoning to Jason Cluts (check out http://www.resequenced.com for some amazing music) and he seemed to really enjoy it. Since I hadn't named the song yet, he said it should be titled "Thinking Man's Music".
That day I got to communicate with Jason a little really struck a chord with me, and I have more spirit than ever to make my music. Now, go enjoy some of Jason's music while you're at it, and please drop him a comment on his contact page of the website.
