Our first try in the wonderful world of pop. Still recognisable as our own with buzzing distortions, Evelyn is maybe the most melodic piece of work we've ever acquired. Maybe some credit goes to the two Finnish poppers who helped us out a little.

Story behind the song
Trying a little more melodic approach for once, our formerly heavy-orienterd guitarist guided us through to make Evelyn work... though it wasn't always easy. The outcome worked fine, and even our more edgier and faster live-version seems to fit in just as it should!
Lyrics
Evelyn You had plans more than I can imagine and you were going to see the world strange how fast plans can turn into fiction and how fast the tables turn just one night made a mother of a child & now you're going away but I know you're coming back 'cos you're dreaming again these days it just goes like that everyday you see pictures of places that you would have once died for but as you hear the silent cry from the cradle you know for sure what matters more & now you're going away but I know you're coming back and you're going to say these days dreams ain't that bad
