Hey, I'm just another guy with a guitar, though I try not to think of myself that way. I enjoy bands like Metallica, Dream Theater, Tool, System of a Down. Unlike my idols though, my acoustic guitar music is more soft-spoken, and easier listening than the above mentioned. I've been playing since I was 14 and always strive to improve myself.

Story behind the song
It is not uncommon for Val to spend sleepless nights in the hospital as she watches Hope sleep. This third person lullaby applies to both Hope and Val, as Hope is missing out on her younger childhood, but at the same time Val feels she must grow quickly, and thus is deprived of part of her adolescence. Time stands as their only foe because they cannot get it back.
