, a division of went into effect in 2005 when the CEO, decided he wanted to have a separate entity for his music department aside from the whole company. The company which will later in the future consist of , , clothing line, etc. The actual company was formed by Leo and his good friend back in the late 90s while in their early teenage years, which would emerge to develop musicians, songwriters, singers and rappers. The two young men branded their very own artists (which they would help write and create music for), design and form. Music and art was their main focus, from writing their own material to sketching visual images. Not to mention their abilities to sing and rhyme as well and come up with marketing strategies for their artists.
