Artist picture
A solo punk band with songs ranging from politics to social issues to evolutionary biology.
Lacking any real musical talent, I decided to use Punk-o-Matic to create some generic punk backgrounds to the various songs I had written. Recorded at low quality through a computer microphone, the songs are not musical masterpieces but the lyrics are still strong. Give it a listen, you might enjoy it.

Lyrics
Some say that it’s mutual, entirely symbiotic, That without each other it’d all be chaotic, But those voices are becoming just a whisper, Voracious power seekers are telling me to differ, Compelling me to take charge of this relationship, Become the master, be the one who wields the whip, Forge her into a tool to do my tasks, Domineering force to do all that I ask, I break down, succumb to the pressure, Desecrate, dominate and oppress her, For years this lasts without a sign of opposition, Save a few black marks on her ever-hardening skin, But this is building to a dangerous climax, Before I know it, she’s the one grinding the ax, Retaliates for my abuse and ends it right here, Flashing before my eyes, In the bleak and dismal skies, A transient am I, finally it is clear. No chorus, on to the verse! And now I know I am but a caretaker, The patron while you are the bread maker, You are a unique treasure to my kind, To move forward we must look behind, I have the cure to your infirmity, But it involves you, does not involve me, Long after I’m gone, you’ll be the same, So determined even after all has changed, Even in a year I don’t recognize myself, So high I’ve gone, so far I fell, Verse after verse and good after good, Consuming, vanquishing, more than I should, The tank’s sinking low and soon will be gone, Why haven’t I learned to not prey on You, my savoir and my provider, I am but a mere blind one-sider, As my future coincides to end right here, Flashing before my eyes, In the bleak and dismal skies, My life has gone awry, My own end is nigh, And as I say goodbye This I can’t deny: A transient am I, finally it is clear.
