Jazz In V is an experimental quartet that performs in the Boston Metro Area. Our music incorporates elements of jazz, funk, hip-hop, and latin music. We play original tunes as well as standards. Story behind the song

If Monk Were Here is a blues Jason just came up with one day, inspired by and sounding like the great Thelonious Monk.  Second Thoughts is a very open tune, and kind of wrote itself over time.
