The Lord is the Weaver of every design,
He weaves at the loom as the pattern unwinds.
And every thread of the tapestry
Falls into place as He meant it to be.

One more thread in the grand design,
One more thread as the pattern unwinds.
And the Craftsman weaves what is lovely to see
In the Master Plan of the tapestry.

The Lord is the Potter, and we are the clay,
He fashions us in a perfect way.
A turn of the wheel and a touch of His care
To the lump of clay, till a vessel is there.

One more turn of the Potter’s wheel,
One more turn as His plan is revealed.
And the Craftsman molds in His perfect way
For the Master Plan of the pot and the clay.

The Lord is the Carpenter, driving the nails,
With His hammer, He builds with the wooden rails.
For He builds with the skill to follow His plan:
He builds with the wood, and nails in His hands.

One more nail that will hold it in place,
One more nail that will show us His grace.
And the Craftsman dies on the rugged tree
For the Master Plan of Calvary.
