Story behind the song
I live in marysville Ohio, home of the one who murdered Dimebag Darrel. This town is infected with hate and violience which steems from the dictatorship of the local authorities. I was deemed a drug dealer because I gave local 'misfits' a place to be accepted and vent their frustrations against the police actions... and soon they stormed my home, with a warrant for search, and I ended up with a 10 day sentence (someone tossed a pipe on a table) for their mistakes, mainly because they wanted to show their power over this area. Since then I have turned down many offers with my music, because I would have to pay them a precentage in taxes and I don't want to fund their hate. When I move, it'll be different, but , til then, I'm stuck like chuck. I travel and play free shows for now, looking for a new place to move to, but I have found that this hate is everywhere, and theres no acceptance for people like me, ones who look for truth and goodness in others. I don't want sympathy, I want peace... and I WILL find it!
