Story behind the song
This is a song I produced for Tony Dominguez who is a songwriter client of mine. I did 4 songs for him. The other 3 he loved, but this one he hated! I feel it needed the different treatment I gave it. To me, the sound is right for the song and many of my colleagues think its great! Now, 3 years on, and Tony has reconsidered.."Last time I heard it it didn't sound that bad..." So at last I get permission to add his name to the credits. Yes, I did do a new version, but I still prefer this one! Thanks to my collaborators... Vocals - Charlie Korsman Guitars - John McKeon Bass - Andy Penney Saxaphones - Alan Wheeler ..and me, of course, on Drums/Percussion/Keyboards.
