A fusion of poppy synths, funkoid basslines, Floydish guitar and bitter lyrics.
electronica progressive rock eclectic quartet strang anthemic
Artist picture
Eclectic, intelligent rock-driven tunes with big guitars and more than a hint of electronica give us a sound unlike any other band.
The Strang Quartet formed (officially) in Cambridge UK in 2003, consisting of long-time friends Martin (guitars and vocals) and Julian (drums, keyboards, guitars and production). Our mission statement: to make deep, meaningful, noisy sounds for the delectation of ourselves and others.

Story behind the song
This song is about tabloid media and those who partake -a world where tittle-tattle becomes life and blocks out all the stuff they'd rather not think about. The title and some of the lyrics are a direct jab at The Sun (a UK tabloid).
