Lyrics
I've been all around this world walked through fields in the rain The city has been mine in the dark and in the daylight again I travelled in search of opportunity and felt like I'd been destroyed leaning my head against cold concrete just trying to avoid Fill in the void (x3) Empty ghost voices called out in the night never saying much at all I had my pockets stuffed full of quarters but with no one to call I raced with the wind or so I thought doing things I thought I enjoyed Wrong turn, bad luck, blind alley malfunctioning android Fill in the void (x3) And then I saw the blackest darkness that any night had ever known a graveyard chill went through me and froze to the bone I raced for the light in terror the rockets had been deployed and waiting for me was the salvation I thought I'd destroyed and filled in the void
