We produce children's music which is all self composed. We also create spoken word recordings for children, Christmas music, and radio programs for children.

Robin And The Giant are a duo whose primary target audience are children and parents. We have been involved in children's entertainment, mostly music and radio, since 1987. We write and produce songs and stories and we also write the dialogue included on our radio shows and CDs.

Story behind the song

We were inspired by the great work done for children by St. Jude's Hospital in Memphis Tennessee.  We wrote this song in 1989 and sent it to St. Judes and received a treasured letter from it's founder, Danny Thomas.  Here is what Mr. Thomas wrote:

Thank you for sharing the cassette of "You Are The Strength" with me.  It is a beautiful song and I hope you have great success with it.  Your concern for children and your awareness of our role in fighting childhood cancer is clear in the lyrics, and setting them to a tune in a minor mode creates an emotional impact.

From the material that accompanied your letter, it is easy to see that you are not only interested in earning an income from your talents but applying them to worthy causes from time to time.  For that I commend you and send you my best wishes for the future.
